Welcome to my website! As you can see, my interests are very diverse. I am drawn to landscapes with muted tones and absence of foliage that expose the stark beauty inherent in the form and structure of the trees. I also love close-up photography. For many years, I photographed irises moving in closer and closer until abstract images emerged. Often, you have to revisit a subject over and over again as you refine your artistic vision.

More recently, I have been shooting in black and white. I find that I love the challenge of creating an image with light and form in the absence of color. It makes you look at the world in a completely different way.

At the other end of the spectrum, I have always loved motorcycles. Every year, I take my camera to the Javits Center Motorcycle Show and try to capture the abstract elements of design inherent in the bikes.

Aside from my fine art portfolios, you will find a gallery with travel photographs. I am using this part of the website to share my travel photos with family and friends.
